We make meaning

I work with people of all ages, as well as couples, and have experience helping people to address a breadth of concerns. I believe that regardless of whether people have become lost in stress and pain, feel stuck or ill at ease, or have become overburdened by the demands of a complex world, growth and change are always possible. Whether addressing mental, physical, or spiritual concerns, I believe health can be cultivated by attending to and refining one’s sense of embodied perspective. Developing a fully integrated somatic sense of agency often requires committing to a learning process that unfolds over time — however relief from distress is often more within reach than we first believe.
